Due to a failure of the fire suppression system at the Thorne Bay Gym, fire watch procedures are in place for after-hours activities. Please review the requirements below, including:

1. Fire watch requirements & the responsibilities of the designated fire watch individual
   
2. The Fire Watch Plan Form that must be completed and submitted after each after-hours use
